Terms of Service

Effective November 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and QSquared LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company that operates AmusiCoLab ("AmusiCoLab", "we", "us"). They cover the AmusiCoLab website, live streams and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use AmusiCoLab

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian, and they agree to these terms on your behalf. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian complete the purchase, to buy a paid plan or extra. You may not use the Service if you're barred from doing so under applicable law.

2. Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password and your stream key private. If someone gets your stream key, reset it in Go Live. Tell us right away at qsquaredmg@gmail.com if you think your account has been compromised. Handles can't impersonate another person, artist or brand.

3. Artist and fan accounts

Artist accounts can go live, use the collab stage, send collab requests and buy plans. Fan accounts can watch, chat, react, clip, follow and vote on collabs. Tiers like Established and Platinum are verification labels we grant at our discretion based on the criteria we publish. We may change or remove a tier if the criteria are no longer met or the account breaks these terms.

4. Your content

You own what you create. "Your content" means your live performances, recordings, audio, video, profile details, chat messages and anything else you post or stream.

So we can run the Service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, record, store, reproduce, stream, transcode, display and distribute your content on and through the Service. This includes:

  • recording your lives and keeping replays (currently for 14 days)
  • letting other users make clips of your lives, including the vertical clip downloads with the AmusiCoLab logo, and share them
  • sending your stream to the other platforms you choose
  • using short excerpts, your name, handle and profile image to promote you and the Service, for example on the home page or in social posts

This license ends when you delete your content or account, except for copies that other users have already clipped or shared, content kept for legal reasons, and backups that are deleted on our normal schedule.

You confirm that you have all the rights needed to stream and share your content. That includes rights to any songs, beats, samples or recordings you perform or play, and permission from everyone who appears in it.

5. Music rights and copyright

Performing songs written by other people (covers) or playing recordings you don't own may require licenses. You're responsible for getting them unless we tell you that we hold a license that covers that use. We respect copyright and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

To report content that you believe infringes your copyright, email qsquaredmg@gmail.com with:

  • your contact details
  • the work you believe is infringed
  • the link to the content
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorized to act for them
  • your physical or electronic signature

We may remove content and end the accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Rules for using AmusiCoLab

Don't use the Service to:

  • break the law or anyone else's rights
  • stream or post sexual content involving minors (we report it to the authorities), sexually explicit content, graphic violence, or content that promotes terrorism or self-harm
  • harass, threaten, bully or dox anyone, or attack people based on who they are, including in chat and collab requests
  • impersonate anyone or mislead people about who you are
  • spam, run scams, or buy or sell followers, votes or views
  • interfere with the Service, including scraping, reverse engineering, overloading it, or getting around limits, plan restrictions or security
  • stream anything to another platform in a way that breaks that platform's rules

We may remove content, end a live, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why.

7. Collabs, collab requests and Platinum crashes

The collab stage lets artists perform together. A host decides who joins their stage and can remove a guest at any time. Platinum artists can ask to join ("crash") a live session; the host accepts or declines.

When artists work together, any agreement about ownership, credits or splits of money is between those artists. That includes splits proposed in collab requests or crash requests. AmusiCoLab isn't a party to those agreements, doesn't guarantee them, and isn't responsible for disputes between artists. We recommend putting important agreements in writing.

8. Streaming to other platforms

If you add other platforms (like YouTube or Twitch), you authorize us to send your stream to them using the server addresses and stream keys you give us. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, not ours. Unless your plan removes it, a small AmusiCoLab logo appears on streams we send to other platforms. We aren't responsible for those platforms' availability, decisions or content.

9. Paid plans and extras

AmusiCoLab is free to join, and solo lives are free. Paid plans (Pro, Studio and Platinum), the logo-free add-on and extra collabs are described, with current prices, on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically every month or year, depending on what you chose, and your payment method is charged at the start of each period until you cancel.
  • Cancel any time from Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and it won't renew.
  • Changing plans: when you upgrade or switch plans, we may charge or credit the difference for the rest of the current period (proration), as shown before you confirm.
  • Refunds: payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods and unused monthly collabs, except where the law requires a refund or we decide to give one. Extra collabs don't expire, but they can't be refunded once used. If a charge is refunded or reversed, we may remove what it paid for.
  • Monthly collabs reset on the 1st of each month and don't roll over. Collab sessions end automatically at your plan's time limit.
  • Platinum requires meeting the published follower and live-session requirements. We may still decline or remove Platinum for accounts that break these terms or misrepresent who they are.
  • Price changes: we'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription. The change applies at your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
  • Prices are in US dollars and don't include taxes unless we say so. You're responsible for any applicable taxes.

9a. Ticketed virtual concerts

Artists on Pro, Studio or Platinum (and AmusiCoLab, through admins) can schedule virtual concerts and sell tickets or offer free RSVPs.

  • For fans: a ticket lets you watch that concert live, and its replay while the replay is available, on AmusiCoLab. Tickets are personal and can't be resold or shared. Times shown are approximate; live streams depend on the artist's connection.
  • Cancellations: if a concert is cancelled, paid tickets are refunded to the original payment method. Refunds usually arrive in 5–10 business days. Otherwise tickets aren't refundable, except where the law requires it. That includes when you miss the show or the stream has technical problems you could still watch through.
  • For artists: you set the price and are responsible for performing the concert as described. AmusiCoLab collects ticket payments on your behalf. From each paid ticket we keep card processing costs (currently 2.9% + 30¢) and a platform fee (currently 10%, or 7% for Platinum and Founding artists); the rest is your earnings. Your earnings, payouts and the balance owed are shown in Settings. We pay out balances owed to you on a regular schedule using the payout details you give us. If a ticket is refunded or charged back, the related earnings are removed. You're responsible for your own taxes on your earnings, and we may ask for tax information before paying you.
  • Payouts through Stripe: payment processing services for artists on AmusiCoLab are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (together, the "Stripe Services Agreement"). By setting up payouts or continuing to sell tickets as an artist on AmusiCoLab, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as Stripe may modify it from time to time. As a condition of AmusiCoLab enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide AmusiCoLab accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize AmusiCoLab to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe. Once your payouts are set up, your share of each ticket is sent to your Stripe account automatically; until then, AmusiCoLab holds your earnings and pays them out to you.
  • Concert content: while a concert is live it is only available to ticket holders, and streaming to other platforms is paused. Other rules in these terms, including content and music-rights rules, apply to concerts.

10. Changes to the Service

AmusiCoLab is new and growing. We may add, change or remove features, limits or plans. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll tell you in advance. You can cancel, and where it's fair we'll give a prorated refund.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using AmusiCoLab at any time. To delete your account and content, email qsquaredmg@gmail.com from your account's email address. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we're required to by law, or if your account creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses for clips already shared, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute terms) survive.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Live streaming depends on internet connections, devices and third-party services, so streams may lag, drop or fail, and recordings, clips or simulcasts may not always work. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't control and aren't responsible for user content or other users' conduct.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, QSquared LLC and its members, employees and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify QSquared LLC against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms or of anyone's rights.

15. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at qsquaredmg@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court instead.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
